These Terms of Service govern your use of tripkha.com and any bookings made through our platform. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Tripkha is an online booking platform for boat and ferry transfers in southern Thailand. We act as an intermediary between passengers and licensed ferry operators. We do not operate vessels directly.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference (SNK-XXXXXXXX).
  • Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes and fees.
  • Payment is processed securely via Omise (PCI-DSS compliant).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 72+ hours before departure: Full refund, less any payment processing fees.
  • 24–72 hours before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours / no-show: No refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Cancellations due to severe weather or safety concerns are handled case-by-case and a full credit or refund will be offered.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Arrive at the pickup point at least 30 minutes before departure.
  • Carry a valid ID or passport (required for certain routes).
  • Ensure all passenger details provided at booking are accurate.
  • Comply with the safety instructions of ferry operators.

5. Changes & Amendments

Date changes are subject to availability. A change fee may apply. Please contact us at least 48 hours before departure to request changes.

6. Liability

Tripkha is not liable for delays, cancellations, or incidents caused by weather, mechanical failure, or acts beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking in question. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Trang Province, Thailand.
